At Nicolette's Couture, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain accessories and intimate apparel are final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
